When our Client approached us they had just begun negotiating terms of their lease in the new world class Salesforce Tower. We assisted in the negotiation of their terms and construction cost calculations. We developed an early budget for funding approvals before any other team-members were hired. We hired the right team of architects, consultants, and contractors. Since almost every floor of the building was under construction, we focused on a competitive process with extensive due diligence on GC’s building experience, logistics and relationships within the building to ensure our goals could be met. We oversaw furniture installations and procurement to ensure the facility was fully functioning when the space was occupied by staff.
