We led the transformation of a multi-level penthouse that included a new elevator, a glass solarium, and the unification of a duplex and triplex—all while resolving major structural deficiencies. The project demanded exceptional logistical coordination, including deploying the third-largest crane in America and securing full street closures for material delivery. A significant custom millwork package, meticulous envelope upgrades, enhanced sound attenuation, and elevated creature comforts defined the interior execution. The result is a highly engineered, seamlessly integrated penthouse residence that reflects both technical precision and refined living.
